CFIA Safe Food for Canadians (SFC) licence — Importer activity, Spices and culinary herbs commodity. Application in progress; licence expected before first shipment lands. SFC licence number will be published here once issued.
Pre-shipment inspection — SGS or equivalent third party on every container, before the container leaves Puerto Quetzal. PSI certificate available to any buyer on request before purchase commitment.
Phytosanitary certificate — issued by MAGA (Guatemala's Ministry of Agriculture) on every shipment, accompanying the bill of lading.
Organic — we ship conventional Grade 1 Fancy Green by default. A COR / NOP-equivalent organic option is available on request and becomes a full SKU in 2027. CIPO trademark filing for the Quetzal wordmark and feather mark in Nice classes 30 + 35 is scheduled for post-incorporation in 2026.
